Day 1 of 3 week training cycle

Kettlebell Getups - 2 x 12 kg bell, 16  x 1, 24 x  4
Swing Practice - 20 sets of 7-8 reps, no limit on rests between sets using 12 kg bell x 5 sets, 16 x 5, 18 x 5, 24 x 5
Farmers Walk - 24 kg x 2 - 300 paces, 1 stop halfway.
