1-arm 360 practice
Generally switch hands every 10 reps but every 5 is fine if you want to practice switches.
2-3 sets 20 reps 7 lb mace
3 sets 20 reps 10 lb mace
5 sets 20 reps 15 lb mace
1-arm 10-2 practice
2-3 sets 20 reps 7 lb mace
3 sets 20 reps 10 lb mace
5 sets 20 reps 15 lb mace
This session may be very hard for you or very easy it is really hard to say. It has been my experience that the 1-arm variations are much more difficult than 2-hand.
