Made it through the day without a single refined carb!
Whey protein, blueberries, strawberries, almond butter, psyllium husk. I am trying my best to get all of my fiber from food sources but still add psyllium husk to my shakes on every 3rd day. To say it creates a cleansing effect would be an understatement! 8am and 1130am
Greens, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, sunflower seeds, red peppers, onions 2 slices bacon. 130pm
Spinach lettuce, tomatoes, green olives, sunflower seeds, chicken breast. 4pm
Picadillo, my favorite! Grass-fed ground beef, peppers, onions, delicious. I want to eat it for breakfast as I write this! 7pm
Sunflower seeds. I ate too many! Use smaller containers dummy. 9pm
apple 10pm
Turkish apricots with no sugar added. Ate about 20 of em which is a little too many. 10pm
Cashews 11pm.
