another day of food

 
 
8am Whey protein,almond milk, frozen mangos, blueberries, vanilla almond butter.  same thing at 1130am before bootcamp
 
3pm Grace made picadillo and it is my new favorite food!  Ground beef, peppers, onions, some other stuff that makes it taste awesome.  I could eat this every day.
Cashews 5pm
 
 
6pm mixed greens, tomatoes, olives, sunflower seeds, green peppers, onions, grass-fed chicken breast
 
 
8pm 3 eggs scrambled with coconut oil, peppers, onions, 3 strips bacon.
 
 
10pm This is where I stray from 100% paleo. Trisquits and some locally made almond butter.
